White-label AI SEO for agencies: AEO and GEO work, under your brand

Your clients ask whether they show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers. You sell the work. I do it behind your name, and every finding is checked by hand.

White label AI SEO services means AI search work, which some call AEO or GEO, done by one provider and sold by an agency under its own brand. Here that means your clients ask whether they show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI answers, you sell them the work, and I do it behind your name.

It is the same order of work on every site: whether AI crawlers can get in, whether the content is in the HTML they receive, whether the site says plainly what the business does, and then what the AI tools answer today. Each step ends in something your client can check.

I have not run a white-label engagement yet, and I would rather say so here than have you find out later. What I can show you is the work itself: 8 published engagements with their reports, and two pieces of my own research on AI search with the data public.

What your client gets, under your brand

Five checks, in this order. The report goes out in your template, or in mine with no name of mine on it.

White-label AI SEO: what is checked and what your client receives
StepWhat your client learnsWhat goes in the report
AccessWhether AI crawlers are allowed in, and actually let inThe response each crawler received at robots.txt and at the firewall, with the request to repeat it
Server HTMLWhether the content exists before JavaScript runsThe raw server response for each key page, next to what a browser shows
Plain statementsWhether the site says what the business does, for whom and whereThe sentences an AI answer could draw on, and the ones that are missing
Third-party mentionsWhat else an AI answer can find about the businessThe directories, reviews and articles that mention it, with links
Answers todayWhether the business appears for the questions its buyers askA fixed list of questions asked in the AI tools, each answer recorded with its date

Every finding carries two labels, how serious it is and how sure I am, and a step your client can run to see it for themselves.

Why the order matters

Access comes first because nothing else counts without it. On one B2B software site, robots.txt welcomed AI crawlers and the host's firewall blocked them anyway, so the invitation did nothing.

Then rendering. Three of the eight sites in my case studies were JavaScript single-page apps, and to a crawler that does not run JavaScript, which includes most AI crawlers, a site like that can be empty. In my own test of sites built with AI site tools, 21 of the 38 that could be fetched sent under 20 words of text in the HTML.

Only after those two does content matter. An agency that sells a client content for AI answers before checking either is starting at the wrong end, and the client is the one who finds out.

What you can tell clients about getting cited, and what you cannot

I checked 603 citations from Perplexity across 30 B2B questions, asked twice. Holding the page's ranking constant, two things were linked with being cited: a table of contents, and a visible "Updated" date. FAQ markup was not.

The limits are part of the finding: one engine, one window of time, B2B questions only, and correlation rather than cause. The full study is on the blog with its data.

So the advice your client gets from this work is groundwork first, then measurement. It is not a formatting trick, and it is not a promise.

AEO, GEO or AI SEO: which name to sell it under

The labels overlap, and agencies use them differently. I use AI SEO as the umbrella, AEO for being the answer a search engine or assistant gives, and GEO for being drawn on and named in AI-written answers.

Sell it under whichever name your clients already use. The work is the same five checks, and the report says in plain words what was checked, so the label on the cover does not change what the client gets.

How a white-label AI SEO engagement runs

The arrangement is written down before any work starts.

1. You send one client site
Free: three to five verified findings within two working days, so you can judge the work on a client you know.
2. We agree the questions
The buyer questions to track are agreed with you, because you know the client's market.
3. I do the work
The five checks, then fix specifications a developer can work from and content briefs for the gaps.
4. You present it
You keep the relationship, the pricing to your client and every conversation with them.

How much do white label AI SEO services cost?

SEO and AI search are done together here, so the ranges are the same as for white-label SEO, per client site. You set your own price to your client; I never see or quote it.

Price ranges, per site
OptionWhat it includesAbroad (USD)India (INR)
Free findingsThree to five verified findings on one site, each with a check you can run. Within two working days.FreeFree
SEO and AI search sprintA full audit within 48 hours of access, verified by hand, and the fixes within 7 days.$300 to $500₹20,000 to ₹35,000
Monthly SEO and AI searchOngoing work against an agreed list: fixes, content briefs, re-audits and a monthly report against the baseline.$500 to $800 a month₹25,000 to ₹40,000 a month

These are ranges, not packages. Where a site falls depends on its size and what the free findings show, and the quote comes after them. No price on this site buys a ranking, a traffic figure or an AI citation.

What I will not hand you to resell

A promise about what a model will say. Nobody controls that, and an agency that promises it is the one left explaining when it does not happen.

FAQ markup as a way to get cited. It is useful for readers; it is not a citation lever, and I will not present it as one.

An llms.txt file as something AI engines are known to use. There is no primary source for that, so I will not claim it.

Questions people ask

What are white label AI SEO services?

AI search work, also sold as AEO or GEO, done by one provider and sold by an agency under its own brand. The agency keeps the client and the pricing; the provider does the checks, the fix specifications and the reporting in the background.

Is white label AEO different from white label GEO?

The names point at different places an answer appears, a search engine's own answer or an AI-written one, but the work behind them here is the same five checks and one report. Use the name your clients use.

Can you guarantee my client appears in ChatGPT?

No. Nobody controls what a model says. What I can give you is the groundwork, done and checked, and a dated record of what the AI tools answered, so there is something honest to compare with next time.

Will my client know you did the work?

Not from me. Reports carry your brand and no name of mine, and I do not contact your client unless you ask me to join a call.

How is AI visibility reported to the client?

Apart from rankings. A fixed list of buyer questions is asked in the AI tools and each answer is recorded with its date. Rankings, clicks and impressions come from Search Console and are reported separately.

How much do white label AI SEO services cost?

With me, per client site: $300 to $500 for a one-off sprint (₹20,000 to ₹35,000 in India) and $500 to $800 a month for ongoing work (₹25,000 to ₹40,000 a month). The first three to five findings are free.
