White-label SEO for agencies: I do the work, you keep the client

Audits, fixes, content briefs and AI search work, delivered under your brand, with every finding checked by hand before you see it.

White label SEO services means the work is done by one provider and delivered to the client under another's name. Here that means you sell SEO and AI search to your clients, and I do the audits, the fixes and the reporting behind your brand.

I am one freelancer, not an outsourcing company. You deal with the person doing the work, and every finding is re-tested against the live site before it reaches you, so nothing in a report you put your name on is a tool's guess.

I have not run a white-label engagement yet, and I would rather say so here than have you find out later. What I can show you is the work itself: 8 published engagements, each with the client-facing report and the workbook behind it, and the agency I co-founded before going freelance.

How white label SEO works with me

The arrangement is simple, and it is written down before any work starts.

1. You send one client site
Free: three to five verified findings within two working days, so you can judge the work on a client you know.
2. We agree the scope
A one-off sprint or a monthly list, priced from the ranges below, per client site.
3. I do the work
Audit, verification, fix specifications, content briefs and AI search checks, in your report template or mine without my name on it.
4. You present it
You keep the relationship, the pricing to your client and every conversation with them.

Who does what

Most white-label arrangements go wrong over ownership: who talks to the client, who makes the fix, who answers when something breaks. So it is settled up front.

What white label SEO services include

The same scope I sell directly, so your clients get the whole job rather than a crawler export.

SEO audit
Indexation, canonicals, sitemaps, redirects, structured data, speed, on-page and the copy itself, checked for factual errors.
Fix specifications
Each fix written for whoever will make it, with a way to prove it landed.
Keywords and content briefs
Demand proven from Search Console, Keyword Planner, Autocomplete and real forum questions, then briefs a writer can work from.
Local SEO
The website, the Google Business Profile and the listings elsewhere, checked against each other.
AI search (AEO and GEO)
AI crawler access, content present in the HTML, plain statements of what the business does, and AI visibility measured on its own.
Reporting
A baseline before work starts and re-audits against it, so progress is shown, not asserted.

How quality is checked before it reaches you

Your name goes on the work, so the checking matters more than the speed. The first pass of every audit runs through systems I designed. Then every finding is reproduced against the live site and labelled by how sure I am of it.

On one engagement that check caught five false findings in a finished report, and I withdrew the draft hours before release. Across the 8 engagements on this site, 16 first-draft findings did not survive checking. In a white-label report, each of those would have been a claim your agency had to take back.

How much does white label SEO cost?

Per client site, in ranges. You set your own price to the client; these are what you pay me.

Price ranges, per site
OptionWhat it includesAbroad (USD)India (INR)
Free findingsThree to five verified findings on one site, each with a check you can run. Within two working days.FreeFree
SEO and AI search sprintA full audit within 48 hours of access, verified by hand, and the fixes within 7 days.$300 to $500₹20,000 to ₹35,000
Monthly SEO and AI searchOngoing work against an agreed list: fixes, content briefs, re-audits and a monthly report against the baseline.$500 to $800 a month₹25,000 to ₹40,000 a month

These are ranges, not packages. Where a site falls depends on its size and what the free findings show, and the quote comes after them. No price on this site buys a ranking, a traffic figure or an AI citation.

White-label freelancer, outsourcing company or platform?

Agencies usually choose between four ways of adding SEO without hiring. None is right for everyone, so here they are side by side.

Ways to add SEO capacity, compared by type
OptionWho does the workBest whenWatch for
A white-label freelancerOne named personYou want to see who does the work and judge it on a real client firstCapacity: one person cannot take on fifty sites at once
An SEO outsourcing companyA team you do not usually meetYou need volume across many clients quicklyQuality varies by who is assigned; ask to see a real report
A reseller platformSoftware, plus a fulfilment teamYou want dashboards and fixed packagesPackages priced before anyone has looked at the site
An in-house hireYour employeeSEO is already a large, steady line of your revenueSalary and training before the work pays for itself

What I do not do

Promise rankings, traffic, leads or AI citations, to you or to your clients. Buy links. Offer unlimited revisions or unlimited implementation. Take on a client site without the access needed to check the work properly.

And I will not let a finding into a report that I could not reproduce. If a client's site has nothing worth fixing, the report says that.

Proof you can check

Real engagements, described by sector only. Each includes the report and the workbook.

Web and AI development studio

Full technical audit of every reachable URL. My pre-send check caught five false findings, so I withdrew the draft and reissued it corrected — then a full SEO and AI-search report with a 90-day proposal, a topical map and a 30-day blog plan.

Before sending, my verification pass found five false findings: the measurement script had read only the first matching tag on each page. I withdrew the finished draft and reissued it corrected.

Audit delivered; fixes not yet implemented.

Across the two audits, more than a dozen automated tool warnings were rejected on verification before anything was written into a report.

Four first-draft claims were withdrawn or corrected before the report was released — including two 'duplicate product' pairs that had only been inferred from similar-looking URLs.

Questions people ask

What is white label SEO?

SEO work done by one provider and sold by another under its own brand. The agency keeps the client and the pricing; the provider does the audits, fixes and reporting in the background.

How does white label SEO work?

You pass on a client site and the access for it, the provider does the agreed work and hands it back ready to present, and you deliver it to the client as your own. With me it starts with free findings on one of your client sites, so you can judge the work before paying for any.

How much does white label SEO cost?

With me, per client site: $300 to $500 for a one-off sprint (₹20,000 to ₹35,000 in India) and $500 to $800 a month for ongoing work (₹25,000 to ₹40,000 a month). You set your own price to the client.

Will my client know you did the work?

Not from me. Reports carry your brand and no name of mine, and I do not contact your client unless you ask me to join a call.

Do you do white label local SEO?

Yes: the client's website, Google Business Profile and listings elsewhere, checked against each other. The profile edits are made by the client or by you; I specify which and why.

Can ChatGPT do an SEO audit?

It can produce something that looks like one. The trouble is that it will also report things that are not true, and say them confidently.

My first pass is AI-directed too. The difference is what happens next: nothing reaches a report until it has been reproduced against the live site. Across the 8 engagements on this site, 16 first-draft findings did not survive that check and were withdrawn.
