SEO audit services that hold up to a second look

Technical, on-page, structured data and AI crawler access, in one audit, with every finding re-tested before you see it.

My SEO audit services cover the whole site in one pass: technical health, on-page content, structured data and whether AI crawlers can reach you. Then every finding is checked by hand before it reaches you.

An audit is also the first phase of the six-phase method, so it is written to be acted on, not filed.

What the audit covers

Technical and indexation
Crawl and index coverage, canonicals, sitemaps, redirects, Core Web Vitals, security headers.
On-page and content
Titles, headings and metadata, page structure, and the copy itself checked for factual errors.
Structured data
Whether the markup is valid, honest and describing the right thing.
AI crawler access
Whether AI crawlers can reach the site at the host and firewall, and find content in the HTML.

Why a finding has to earn its place

Every finding is labelled Confirmed, Likely or Unverified, and each comes with a way for you to check it yourself.

It is not a formality. On one engagement my pre-send check caught five false findings, so I withdrew the whole draft and reissued it corrected. Across the 8 engagements on this site, 16 first-draft findings were withdrawn before release.

What you receive

A client-facing report with findings ordered by severity, and a prioritised action plan where each fix comes with a way to prove it landed. Fixes are implemented by your developer, or by AI under my direction.

The case studies on this site each include the report and the workbook, so you can see exactly what that looks like before you ask for one.

B2B and SaaS SEO audit services

B2B sites tend to break in ways a generic crawler report misses. On a B2B telecom site, the structured data declared the business as both a person and an organisation, and a self-serving star rating was marked up on the homepage. On a B2B software site, robots.txt invited AI crawlers in and the host's firewall turned them away before they could read it.

Proof you can check

Real engagements, described by sector only. Each includes the report and the workbook.

Two candidate findings were dropped in verification — one was a redirect the checker had followed and mistaken for a live duplicate page.

Before sending, my verification pass found five false findings: the measurement script had read only the first matching tag on each page. I withdrew the finished draft and reissued it corrected.

Questions people ask

How do you do an SEO audit?

Mine runs in two passes. The first is an agentic audit of the whole site through systems I designed: indexation, canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, performance, images, AI crawler access, and the copy itself checked for factual errors.

The second pass is the one that matters. Every finding is re-tested by hand against the live site and labelled Confirmed, Likely or Unverified before it goes in the report, with a check you can run yourself.

Can ChatGPT do an SEO audit?

It can produce something that looks like one. The trouble is that it will also report things that are not true, and say them confidently.

My first pass is AI-directed too. The difference is what happens next: nothing reaches a report until it has been reproduced against the live site. Across the 8 engagements on this site, 16 first-draft findings did not survive that check and were withdrawn.

What are the top SEO audit tools?

The tool matters less than checking what it tells you. I work from Search Console, Analytics, crawl data and audit systems I designed, and I treat every report, including my own systems' output, as a claim to verify rather than a finding.

How much does an SEO audit cost?

The first three to five findings on your site are free, with no call required. I do not publish prices for full audits yet. If you want more after the free findings, ask, and the quote follows from what those findings show.
